ACT – Attitude, Communication & Teamwork

Learning & Development function of HR Department successfully completed a customized learning intervention titled as “ACT – Attitude, Communication & Teamwork” for Brookes family. This learning intervention was specifically designed to develop Brookes employees with a winning attitude in every challenging situation by developing a behavioral alignment with organizational values, communicate with honesty and respect and highlight the importance of working in a team for achieving excellence.

Training methodology for the program included various interactive activities, group discussions, role plays, simulations, videos and facilitation which not only enhanced the level of understanding but also helped in creating an environment of mutual learning and sharing.
