It has been around 5 years when I joined my family business after graduating from City University, United Kingdom. These five years were spent with extensive training in different segment of the business under the guidance and mentorship of my beloved Uncle and past CEO, Mr. Waseem I. Khan.
It is my absolute pleasure to take charge as the third Chief Executive Officer of the company founded by my grandfather, Honorable Abdul Haseeb Khan in the year 1986. My prime focus will remain intact to the core philosophy of the business which is valuing human side of the business more than anything else. I firmly believe like my ancestors that the human resources are our greatest asset and integral part of value chain that need to be constantly nurtured and valued.
Covid-19 has reshaped the global economy and changed the way of doing business. We must survive and thrive in the new normal by following protocols and SOP in true letter and spirit. I also firmly believe that during this unprecedented time our existence and future lies in demonstrating a safe and responsible behavior for not only our own safety but also for our loved ones and people around us. We must believe that “This Too Shall Pass”.
I am fully geared up to take Brookes to the next level in line with the vision set by the Board of Directors by capitalizing all the available resources in the best possible manner and providing leadership to the management team.
Besides above, I would love to continue the legacy by keenly focusing on creating value and developing win-win situations for all our stakeholders who have undoubtedly invested their mind, soul, and heart with us.
Last but not the least I would like to assure that I see a very bright and promising future ahead of our company.
